Hello, I am Hunter H. I am new to blogging so I'm still learning how to make this website look appealing however I am not new to helping others achieve their fitness goals, I have lots of knowledge and experience about these topics and have helped many friends and colleagues achieve fitness goals by losing weight, getting stronger, bigger and I mainly focus on how to help others become a better runner. When I was in high school I became a captain of my cross country team as a sophomore which was my first year of cross country ever, I became a captain for my Junior and Senior years as well, due to my leadership skills and knowledge. This taught me how to acquire further expertise and coach my team to become better. I also did, and still do compete at a high level in middle-distance track and even cross country. In High School I was a High Honor student because of my knowledge and work ethic, this later prompted me to apply my learning skills and knowledge to others, so I hope these articles can help you achieve your goals!

I'm on a mission to teach people good ways to become healthy and achieve their fitness goals. I want to inspire people to take control of their bodies and positively influence one person at a time! My goal is to change people's lives and show them the healthy way is the right way.
My vision
I want to live in a world where people can all be happy and healthy, I know we are far from that but I need to start somewhere so one person at a time is better than nothing. I want a world where people can appreciate their bodies and respect it rather than abuse it.
